Banana Pancakes for the Inexperienced Chef

These banana pancakes are genius; not only are they extremely simple to make, with no pancake mix needed, but they keep you happy and full all day! They are best served with fruit, jam, or syrup.

Ingredients:

– 2 eggs

– 1 ripe banana

– Your favorite pancake toppin’s

Procedure:

– Mix the eggs and banana together to make the batter. You can do this with a fork or a blender, depending on how chunky you want your pancakes.

– Heat up a pan on the stovetop to medium heat. Spray with some nonstick cooking spray (another alternative is using butter).

– Pour a small amount of the banana-egg mixture on the pan. Let it cook for around 30 seconds before flipping over. If the pancake doesn’t flip easily, it should be cooked longer. Repeat on the other side until cooked. Be careful not to burn the pancake. Lowering the temperature helps prevent burning.

– Repeat with the rest of the batter. You should be able to make between three and four pancakes.

– Serve with jam, fruit, syrup, butter, or any other pancake toppings.
