ACT at LCC postponed due to “security breach”
February 6, 2019
Students scheduled to take the ACT this Saturday at the La Costa Canyon test center received an email this morning stating that the test was postponed to an undetermined later date.
“Please do not report to the test center on Saturday. We will notify you by email once a new test date has been determined,” said ACT Customer Care in their email.
According to an ACT representative, the test was cancelled due to a security breach. ACT will be sending out another email within the next 24 hours with information regarding rescheduling, refunds, and updates on the new test date.
At this time, test takers are not able to change their test centers due to ACT security policies.
“We ask you to simply wait until a reschedule date has been confirmed before you take any action,” said ACT Customer Care.
