Skaters performed tricks for the crowd near the quad

San Dieguito’s Academy annual Skate Demo was held during lunch in front of the gym and Math & Science building on May 6. This event benefitted Rollin’ From the Heart and honors SDA alumnus Ian “Poods” Barry.
ASB played music while skaters like junior Bryce Wettstein, who is part of the USA Women’s Skateboarding Olympic team, performed tricks on the numerous ramps and poles set up. Art teacher Jeremy Wright also attempted tricks while ASB handed out free shoes, stickers, and shirts.
